Depending on the complexity of the project, we can get most projects finished within 2-4 weeks from the filming date, but we’re happy to chat, especially if you have tight deadlines.

All projects will require a minimum of 50% paid to secure a filming date. The remaining 50% is due within 30 days of the filming date. This helps us to manage any project expenses and helps to spread the cost for you. Other payment terms are available and we’re happy to chat about them.

You can be as involved as you want to be, but what we would need from you to ensure we’re on the same page is a project brief, any example videos you have seen and like, your video marketing goals, your brand assets (Logos, etc) and your timelines. All of this info helps us to quote and time the project effectively.

We can edit pretty fast. Most event and conference projects can be edited within 48-72 hours of the event finishing. Social content and Brand Story videos can take anywhere from 5-10 working days for the first drafts to be delivered. Case studies and testimonials take a similar amount of time. It all depends on the project, but we can generally work to your schedule.

We offer Unlimited revisions with all of projects. It’s a real USP when it comes to working with clients, as they get the peace of mind knowing that they are not limited to just 2 sets of revisions. The only catch is that revisions must be provided within 7 days of the draft being sent to your email address via our wetransfer link. We provide you with a draft video/s, you provide a set of revisions and we can make them within 48-72 hours.

We like to price projects up with a full, zero surprise quote. filming/editing, travel, accommodation, extra camera crew, studio hire and more will all be itemised in your quote for full transparency. The most common variable to why a quote would change is normally because we have to shoot for a longer time period or because the editing brief changed (More videos needed, etc). All agreed info is provided from the outset and if you have any questions about your proposal, we are more than happy to chat about them.

Although all of our quotes include everything as necessary, sometimes something might slip under the radar. If you need any of the following, please mention them in your message or during a call so we can make sure to include them within your proposal.

• Subtitles or burnt in captions

•  Vertical content created from landscape content

• Urgent deadlines or super-fast editing timeframes

• Any custom graphics you might want (We provide off-the-shelf name tags (Lower thirds), logo intros, logo outros, but anything custom you have in mind would be great to know)

• Do you want your social media video content shared and scheduled by us?
